Haben - to have


The verb haben - to haben is one of the most important verbs in the German language. It is also one of the most frequently used verbs in English. You need to memorize the conjugation of this verb in all its tenses. Compare both the English and German forms of haben/to have. Its conjugation is irregular in both languages. It doesn't follow the conjugation patterns of other verbs in the present tense.
